Our Mission

AILC is committed to giving each woman a very secure and encouraging environment in which to thrive. In a secure environment, the organization focuses on creating many opportunities for women to learn, share, and build meaningful confidence.

AILC encourages women to take active, voluntary leadership roles to celebrate and preserve cultural traditions. By hosting events along with community programs, it actively strengthens connections to heritage in addition to passionately encouraging a sense of belonging.

The organization intends to construct a deeply better future. In this future, women will feel deeply inspired, genuinely respected, and truly valued. AILC continues to create an overwhelmingly positive effect in the community by promoting all aspects of leadership, cultural awareness, and personal development.

History of AILC

AILC was founded as a non-profit organization on April 26, 1989, with the complete vision of creating both a cultural space and a supportive one for any women. Established to empower all women via thorough growth, wide-ranging leadership, and large community engagement, the organization drew inspiration from each of its founding members.

From the beginning, AILC encouraged women to take active roles in personal and cultural development through its focus on voluntary leadership. Over the years, it has organized multiple cultural events. These events celebrate heritage and traditions and also strengthen community bonds.

AILC is steadily evolving, with a quite strong foundation built on large dedication and complete inclusivity, as it remains entirely true to its mission. It continues to deeply empower, teach, as well as carefully guide, so future generations will most assuredly act according to its goals.
